Party Gras at the Bidwell House Museum

You are invited to Party Gras the Bidwell House Museum on August 19th from 4-7 pm!

Each summer the Bidwell House Museum hosts a fundraiser in the beautiful Museum gardens to celebrate the season and raise money for the Museum’s educational programs. In 2023 the theme in “Party Gras” so don your mask and enjoy a wonderful celebration with friends old and new.

Music this year will be provided by Planet Zydeco, a New England based band with a Louisiana sound.

Delectable hors d-oeuvres and drinks will be provided by Kate Baldwin.

And there will be wonderful silent auction of gifts and experiences!

This year, attendees have a chance to win a traditional Mardi Gras King Cake!         

Buy your tickets at the door and if your slice has the “baby” you win a cake of your own!

In 2023 we are thrilled to honor Delight and Paul Dodyk. Long time friends of the Museum, the Bidwell House would not be the special place it is today without their kind and generous support.

We have three ticket levels this year, including a special ticket for those under 40.

This party is our biggest fundraiser of the year and all of the money raised goes toward educational programs, historic preservation of the house and collection and care of the gardens and grounds.
