Summer Garden Party 2019 – Thank you
Thank you to everyone who made the 2019 Summer Garden Party Fundraiser a huge success!
Each summer the Bidwell House Museum hosts a summer garden party to raise much needed funds for the Museum. On August 3 the Museum hosted an intimate bash in the verdant gardens of the Museum that was made all the more exciting when thunderstorms made an appearance just as the program was about to start! The rains forced everyone under the big tent, which created a special camaraderie for guests as they listened to the eloquent words of honoree John Demos who expounded on the importance of history education. We hope to share a video of those remarks here soon, but in the meantime, take a look below at some wonderful pictures from the event!
