A Meditative Forest Walk

FreeOn this meditative walk, your guide Hannah Fries will invite you to slow down, engage your senses, and take a closer look at nature all around you. She’ll share tidbits of natural history and a few poems along the way, for an inspiring mix of mindfulness, science, and poetry. This walk will last approximately one hour and visitors are encouraged to wear shoes for hiking and to bring water. The program will go on if light rain is forecast but will be rescheduled if there is the possibility of heavy rain or thunderstorms.
Hannah Fries is the author of Being with Trees and the poetry collection Little Terrarium. She is an editor at Storey Publishing and lives in Sandisfield with two small boys, a dog, and a forester.
This walk is limited to 20 people and pre-registration is required.
